About Steve Onisick

With over 11 years of successful real estate experience, Steve is a founding partner of The Premier Team at RE/MAX Executive Realty, established in 2006. Steve, with his business partners Patrick Nooney and Jeff Lynch, oversees a strong Team of professional real estate agents. Since its inception, The Premier Team has grown upward in its successes and accomplishments resulting in being a top 10 RE/MAX team in the Carolinas for the previous seven years.

Steve treats his clients as though they are his own family. He prides himself in the experience surrounding his home buying and listing process. Steve's "client-focused" approach, includes his careful attention to detail, professionalism, and thoughtful time spent in knowing exactly what is important to each and every client. Steve is conscientious in ensuring the success of his client's real estate goals. Steve has been one of Charlotte Magazine’s Five Star "Best in Client Satisfaction" award recipients for the last five years, an award received based on client feedback.

Steve has been a Charlotte area resident since 1979. He currently resides in southeast Charlotte with his wife Vicki. He is an aggressive negotiator with a great deal of character, integrity, and patience. He is a licensed broker in North Carolina and South Carolina, and a member of the Carolina Regional REALTOR® Association. As both a buyer and seller agent, he can help make the difference resulting in smooth and quick transactions. In 2011, Steve became a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
