Outside her role in real estate, Courtney's talents extend into the world of theatre as a costume designer. She also co-manages an event design company, showcasing her versatility and creative prowess in diverse realms. Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Courtney holds degrees from both the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and the University of Tennessee. She currently resides in Indian Trail.
